The reservation fee in the amount of CZK 150,000 including VAT is payable within 5 days from the conclusion of the reservation agreement. In the event of signing a future purchase agreement, the amount of the reservation fee will be deducted from the first installment of the purchase price.

On Friday, February 28, 2025, the construction ceremony of the Neředín Garden project took place.
