The interior design of Neředín Garden is based on a design by the multiple award-winning Denis Strmisek Studio.
„For the penthouse standards, we have designed two paths that the future owner can choose - light and dark standard. Both are based on pleasant natural tones. On the one hand, warm light greys and sand colours, and on the other, warm dark greys, with silver detailing on the end fittings. Switches, sockets, hallway and bathroom lighting are selected from a range of tried and tested minimalist designs that will subtly complement future interiors. Overall, we have created a design that also imbues the interior with the idea of the Neredín Garden closely linked to the dominant garden, in symbiosis with the architecture of the buildings.“

Rubrum is the highest class of penthouses. It is a duplex apartment of 5+kk. The upper part of the apartment consists of a living area of 41 m2, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms with a shared bathroom with a total floor area of 101.1 m2.
The terrace extends to 169.1 m2 and offers plenty of space for sitting with friends surrounded by greenery or for evening swimming in the jacuzzi. The lower floor is designed as a comprehensive office with the possibility of business meetings on the terrace.
Silvestris is a duplex apartment of 4 + kk with 3 terraces. In the upper part of the apartment on the total floor area of 88 m2 there is a living space of 41.2 m2, as well as a bedroom, a room and a bathroom.
The upper floor has an east and west terrace. On the west one you will enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the surrounding garden, the east one will amaze you with its view of the historical Olomouc. The lower floor of the apartment provides the possibility of private living, consisting of a room with its own bathroom and terrace.
Pendula is designed as a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 terraces. The terraces are situated on the east and west side of the house with a total area of 42.6 m2.

The terrace lines the entire north side of the apartment and is accessible from all rooms - living room, bedroom and the remaining 2 rooms. The undeniable advantage of the bedroom is the dressing room, through which you pass to the private bathroom.
Lamackii is a duplex apartment of a superior category among penthouses. The entire upper floor covers 100.1 m2.
The 164.7 m2 terrace is accessible from the living area, the bedroom and the remaining 2 rooms. Take your favorite book in your hand and after a few steps read in the fresh air in the shade of the greenery. The lower floor is the perfect space for work and meetings, which can take place both inside and on the terrace.
Avium is a 3 bedroom apartment with a total area of 88,9 m2 with east and west terrace. The west terrace is accessible from the bedroom and living area. The living area is large and its 39.8 m2 provides plenty of space for hosting family gatherings or get-togethers with friends.
